Our 60,000 square foot facility features large open bays With a 5 ton overhead cranes spanning 60 feet. We are able to take on large jobs, provide materials, warehousing and freight.

We have three modern laser tables including an 8KW fiberoptic with automatic load and unload with the ability to cut up to 1” Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. We are able to cut 10ft by 5ft sheets as well as carry various types of raw material in stock for quick delivery.
CQM has three modern press brakes to handle multiple jobs and set-ups with the ability to form 5/16 material up to 12 wide, or thicker material not as wide. We have the ability to produce custom dies for certain parts or applications. We also have a MCA DAVI 2522 4-roll plate roller for up to 3/8" thick material 8 ft. long, and a Akyapak APK 61 3-roll angle roller.
At CQM we have 10 manually operated weld stations running in 2 shifts. In addition to the manual welding stations we have one robotic weld cell with 5 ft. reach and twin Yaskawa 6000 series with 10 ft. reach. The combination of manual stations and robotic cells expands the range of projects we can offer with high quality and low manufacturing costs.
We are proficient in MIG and TIG welding and offer expertise in welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We offer water tight and pressure tested frames and bodies for submersible uses. Weldments are precision checked with a Hexagon Absolute 7 axis arm to ensure the best in quality and perfect fit.
We do blasting and painting! We utilize steel grit for blasting and have a media reclaim system giving us an effective, efficient pre-treatment for painting. We have multiple plural paint pumps that enable us to paint two-part epoxies and poly-urethanes efficiently.
CQM utilizes Solidworks CAD system to design and manufacture products or assist customers with specifications for manufacturing.
CQM can design and produce custom steel framework, solar racking, and component parts from engineering drawings.
CQM is CWB W47.1 Division 2 Certified.
